AssetsFromShop_LODProblem

The tree is the assets from the Unreal shop. It has three versions in one asset. I know it can help the computer run faster as the assets only have high poly mesh when the player walks near. However, for this asset, it does not give a good result.

The assets change to the standard version when I walk very close. The change is very strange.

I don't know what causes this effect as it is my first time seeing it. Therefore, I try to export the assets to fbx and want to add the texture again by myself. Then I find the problem is because of LOD.

(There is a LOD only is a plane which cause very strange)

Finally, I found that if I change the number of LODs to 1 it can solve the problem.
